Keeps telling me to use a valid email address. About to send the strap back. I’m guessing we won’t hear from the developers seeing dozens or reviews with no replies. I wasted $699 on this bracelet… Neosensory.com is also down. Real nice ### 5/5 — Works well *2025-03-29* I’ve used this device for over a year. It can be very subjective as to how well it works. I was without it at one point for a few months. My spouse kept asking if my hearing aids were working. Once I got the bracelet replaced she did not keep asking about my hearing aids. I also find following TV dialogue easier using this band while wearing my hearing aids. I find the app works well and being able to use the band in sleep mode to wake me to emergency sounds and at my preferred wake up time a bonus. I have severe to profound hearing loss and find this product worth the cost. ### 1/5 — Poor app design *2024-10-10* I’m on week five of this program. I can’t tell yet if it’s had a significant impact. But I’m committed to working for the entire two months. The most frustrating part of this program is the app. It is wildly rudimentary, and the most annoying thing is that if you accidentally close the app during a session, it shuts the software down, the timer resets, and you have to start all over again. There is absolutely no technical reason other than just sloppy design for this. I’m not the only person who has complained, but apparently, the developer doesn’t care about Customer feedback. ### 3/5 — Please stop the mandatory & unnecessary updates ! *2024-08-05* -the app refuses to launch if you don’t do the update, so no choice there -there is an update almost weekly since June (when the app was working great) which doesn’t improve anything, on the contrary. This week last update makes the device stop unexpectedly ### 2/5 — App needs to be in foreground and training terminates randomly *2024-07-21* The app must not only be running, it must be open in the foreground/active on screen. You cannot even put the screen to sleep without the sound training terminating. Sometimes the training spontaneously stops even when the application screen is open and you are in Bluetooth range. Very frustrating app to use… ### 5/5 — Definitely lowers tinnitus *2024-07-12, version 3.9.8* I’ve been using the device for several years—there’s no doubt that the very loud tinnitus I had in my deaf ear is hugely improved, and that in the other ear sometimes now I can hardly hear at all. Please give it a try. Watch Dr. Eagleton's TED talk about why his lab developed it. The science of brain plasticity. My tinnitus still fluctuates but when it roars back I put the wrist band back on and by the next day it’s back to tolerable. I also use as adjunct therapies lemon (citrus) bioflavonoids and COQ10 which increase circulation in tiny capillaries and seem to help.
