For starters the GPS tracking is not accurate and delayed by at least 20 mins. When we submitted a support request these guys simply pushed it back to us with ask to fill in complete profile info When the profile and other details are already available in the app they have no legitimacy to ask the same details, move ticket to processed state with no option to reply or reopen These guys are making money for worst service ### 1/5 — Review *2024-10-08* Very bad not working ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2024-08-30* Have had extremely bad experience with the app. Majority of the time it doesn't work. Also not getting notifications alerts on screen. Tried to update mobile number in profile but unable to update. Student profiles is not updated it’s still showing last year class details. Voice alerts were better. Now I’m getting just a ding and I do not get to know if it’s NeoTrack app or another app and have to pick up the phone to check the alert. Required for every parent! *2022-09-22* Started using this recently, finding it really useful. Am yet to update the pickup and boarding point, not sure if the app can alert me if the bus is nearing the point. So far i manually look for where the bus is, the map is accurate and is serving the purpose. Love the option of switching between 2 buses. Another great feature is you can move the dot on the bottom line to see what time the bus has crossed a particular point, along the entire route.
