Nephrotic Syndrome Tracker helps patients and caregivers record the markers many care teams ask you to watch at home: urine protein, weight, medications, swelling, and symptoms. Replace scattered notes and paper logs with one guided daily check-in.

DAILY CHECK-IN
Log first-morning or anytime urine protein, weight, medication taken, swelling, and how you feel. Finish in minutes. Continue a draft if you get interrupted. Optional local reminders stay on your device.

HISTORY YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE
Browse days, ranges, and charts based on what you entered. Spot patterns in your recorded data so appointments are less about reconstructing the last month from memory.

VISIT MODE AND REPORTS
