- Tap a sent message → Message info to see who has read it, with timestamps.
- Pin up to 3 messages per chat. Pinned messages show in a banner at the top so you don't lose track of key clinical notes.
- Date separators (Today / Yesterday / Sunday) make scrolling back through old conversations easier.
- Improved call reliability — fixed an edge case where Accept or Decline sometimes did nothing.
- Better battery life — reduced unnecessary background work.
