This is probably one of the worst apps I’ve used. You literally can’t even reset your password on the app. It pops up with a blank error box and gives you the option to cancel or confirm.

The new app is terrible. The old version was offline frequently, but much more user friendly. At some point that one just stopped showing each panel and what it was producing. Go back to the old version or perhaps go back to the drawing board and start over.

Leider ist die App mit der neusten Version fürs iPad unbrauchbar geworden. Die Informationen über das Panel stehen in der Seitenleiste, aufklappbar über das Menü links oben. Die Hauptansicht ist einfach weiß. Außerdem ist die App bis heute leider nicht im Querformat nutzbar. An Sicht war die App aber mit jedem Update immer besser geworden! Update: Das letzte Update löst einige Anzeigeprobleme. Jetzt fehlt es noch an Querformatnutzung und das Ende der Startseite wird nicht korrekt bei einem Ipda Mini der6. Generation ausgemacht. Das führt dazu, dass man nicht ordentlich bis zum Ende scrollen kann und einige interessante Infos abgeschnitten sind. Wenn man beim Scrollen aber die Seite festhält kann man alles erkennen, nicht schön aber geht.

I used to be able to see the amount of power each panel was producing, now I can’t find anywhere on the app that shows that. I had a panel malfunction and wasn’t producing any power. I was able to catch it because of the ability to monitor each panel in the old app. Now I guess I just have to hope that nothing goes wrong? Please address this.

The app is not user friendly and hard to use.  My solar was down for almost two weeks and it didn’t alert me. My husband has an android and his app is different. It’s a little better but not much.  If there was another app option, I would gladly take it.
