The app is supposed to monitor my solar system’s performance, but the data is either delayed or completely inaccurate. Customer support is practically non-existent. You literally can’t even reset your password on the app. It pops up with a blank error box and gives you the option to cancel or confirm. ### 1/5 — New app *2025-01-17* The new app is terrible. The old version was offline frequently, but much more user friendly. At some point that one just stopped showing each panel and what it was producing. I had a panel malfunction and wasn’t producing any power. I was able to catch it because of the ability to monitor each panel in the old app. Now I guess I just have to hope that nothing goes wrong? My solar was down for almost two weeks and it didn’t alert me. My husband has an android and his app is different. It’s a little better but not much. If there was another app option, I would gladly take it. **Developer response:** Version 6 of APP is the same as the Android version, which should give you updated information on your site. Ich musste mich bei einer Woche Nutzung bisher noch nicht einmal neu anmelden. Die App ist nicht sonderlich hübsch aber sie tut was sie soll. Ein wenig Schade finde ich es grundsätzlich nur, dass sich die Werte der Anlage nur alle 5 Minuten aktualisieren. Aber für mich als Solar-Anfänger absolut ausreichend um mal zu gucken was die Anlage so treibt. Ich kann meine Tagesproduktion sehen (aktuellen Wert und Darstellung in einem Diagramm) und die Zusammenfassung für eine Woche, einen Monat und ein Jahr. Just missing the curve of the daily power of the installation compare to the website version ### 4/5 — Unbrauchbar mit der neuesten Version auf dem IPad *2025-01-13* Leider ist die App mit der neusten Version fürs iPad unbrauchbar geworden. Die Informationen über das Panel stehen in der Seitenleiste, aufklappbar über das Menü links oben. Die Hauptansicht ist einfach weiß. Außerdem ist die App bis heute leider nicht im Querformat nutzbar. An Sicht war die App aber mit jedem Update immer besser geworden! Update: Das letzte Update löst einige Anzeigeprobleme. Jetzt fehlt es noch an Querformatnutzung und das Ende der Startseite wird nicht korrekt bei einem Ipda Mini der6. Generation ausgemacht. Das führt dazu, dass man nicht ordentlich bis zum Ende scrollen kann und einige interessante Infos abgeschnitten sind. Wenn man beim Scrollen aber die Seite festhält kann man alles erkennen, nicht schön aber geht. ### 4/5 — Sie macht, wofür sie gemacht wurde *2024-01-04* etwas unübersichtlich, aber nach einigen suchen finden sich alle Werte.
