## What is NerdsToGo?

Application to help individuals connect with the NerdsToGo's IT support, access self-support resources and create support tickets. It allows you to quickly contact NerdsToGo in a way that works best for you: by telephone, by email, by text message or by creating a support ticket directly with NerdsToGo. Once tickets are created you can see their progress as they are being serviced, rather than being in the dark wondering if your technical issues will ever be addressed.
