Superb app! Warned me 45 seconds ahead of a earthquake reaching Osaka! Highly recommend to please add a nuclear radiation map so we can be worned in case of a leak and winds, and also a missle allert with timer until impact like the earthquake one would be superb.

天気予報はまるでダメです。
たった数分でコロコロ変わるし、課金済なので雨雲通知が来ますが、結局降らないことの方が多かったりします。
特に酷いのが、曇り予報の当たらなさです。
こちらで曇りマークがついてる日は他の天気予報サービスを確認すると雨マークになっているため、「曇りだから今日は出かけよう」などと計画していたのに、出かける前にもう一度雲の動きを見たらガッツリ雨…なんてことがしょっちゅうあります。

元々災害のための備えとして活動し始めたのでしょうから、天気予報が二の次三の次になるのは理解できますが、ユーザーとしてはここまで酷いのならいっそ天気予報サービスを無くすか、もう少し制度の高いものを使うとかして欲しいです。
上記がどうしても難しいのなら、せめて降水確率を表記するなどがあればまだこちらも今後の予定を立てやすくなるかと思います。

とはいえ気圧の配置図やクライシスマッピング、強震モニタやキキクルなどが簡単に見れるのはとてもありがたいので、課金を辞めるつもりはなく、今後とも変わらず応援していきます。

Even Gehirn made it in. Amazing. And the app is actually really well thought out and super helpful. I’m not in Japan and only downloaded it for obvious reasons, but honestly a good quality app with tons of good info if you’re in the covered area.

First of all, unlike many other similar apps, this app is able to send critical alerts for critical Information such as earthquake early warnings so that you can hear them even if your phone is set to silent mode via the Mute-switch or Do-Not-Disturb-Settings. 

It will display all official alerts for your location such as earthquakes, storm, heavy rain, landslides, flooding etc. On top, it has a weather forecast with rain radar. 

All this in a free app without ads or tracking. If you want, you can become a paid member in the app’s support club, which allow you to save 6 instead of 3 locations and will give early access to new features in the higher tier.

If there is one feature I could wish for it would be to allow text selection in the information section of the app. This would allow users using the app in a language that is not their native language to quickly copy, look up or translate individual words or passages. It would also allow to forward important parts of the information to friends who don’t use the app.

Listen I don’t do reviews, and when I do do with use I’m trying to be petty and disrespectful as possible to the creator who made something horrible that I paid for. You are not the creator. I wanna kiss you for the magnificent work that you have done on this app and how it works 1 million times better than the government official notifications. You deserve piles and piles of love and ice cream for this.

I will donate to you to keep you going because this is how you make an app and you’re amazing for it you are so amazing for it

This app is a must-have for residents of Japan. I like it so much that I would be willing to pay a subscription for it. It’s incredible that it’s offered for free. It has full bilingual support in Japanese and English, and the English machine translations are excellent. When the Noto Ishikawa earthquake occurred, NERV sent me a warning notification in advance with time to arrive at my geolocation with estimated intensity. Godlike capabilities. Those who don’t know this app are left in the dark.

Am not one to usually write app reviews but from the beautiful design to clean, in-depth features and maps, I am impressed. Shows detailed present and future severe weather events, has great earthquake realtime features, and is an overall smooth app.

当該の地震にて被災した者です。
まずは、地震や天候に関する正確な情報を、迅速にご提供いただける事に深く感謝申し上げます。
未だ余震が多く不安な日々ですが、こちらのアプリのおかげで幾分か心構えをしながら余震に対応することができております。

遅ればせながら令和6年能登半島地震発生に伴って導入。
ざっくり言えば気象庁サイトの情報を即座に拾い上げ表示してくれるアプリだ。
緊急地震速報も含め、NHKラジオ第一が報じる情報とほぼ同時に情報が入ってくる。

タイトル通りです。
2024年1月1日の地震でNHKの赤テロップと同等かそれより少し通知が速いです。

色も見えやすく、「今現在危険」じゃないと緊急地震速報が来ないので混乱しないのもいいですね。

このアプリの一番の特徴は、地震の通知がとにかく早いことです。
震源地と震度がすぐに通知で来て、初期微動と主要動の動きが地図で見ることができたり、地震が来るまでのカウントダウンが表示されたりします。
強い地震には備えることができ、弱い地震ならすぐに安心することができるため、とても助かってます。

また、このアプリは無料でほぼ全ての機能が使えます。
このアプリにも有料プランがありますが、有料プランの機能として、元々3つまで登録できる地域の追加と、今後無料で使用できるようになる新機能を少し早く使えるようになる、というものです。
これらの機能がなくても無料で十分に使用できます。

それから、このアプリには広告がありません。
無料アプリによくある、至るところに広告があったり、何かをするたびに広告が挟まるというこなとがなく、ストレスなく使用できます。

このアプリは防災アプリとしては、いうことのないアプリとなっています。
日本で生活するには、どうしても地震が付き纏うことになるので、地震への一つの対策としてこのアプリを入れても損はしないと私は思います。

Infelizmente, há algum tempo, as notificações de aviso de terremoto pararam de aparecer. Apenas aparecem mensagens de que houve terremoto. 
Já verifiquei as configurações de notificações e está tudo certo. Mas eu não recebo mais as mensagens com contagem regressiva.

全体的に満足しています。
私の認知不足なら申し訳ないのですが通知が多いです。
予報の通知はありがたいのですが、結果も同じように通知されるので、予報含め毎回3回ほど通知されてる認識。
余震を警戒している時に結果報告で通知が鳴るのはストレスですのでカスタム出来ると嬉しいです。

I downloaded this app because of earthquakes. At first it was working well, it showed where the latest earthquake happened, and weather reports, and more. But for some reason the notifications stopped working even if it’s on. I tried turning it off and on, seeing all the settings and such, but nothing seems to work. Now every time when there’s a big earthquake, I won’t get notified and become worried. Please fix this issue or if it’s a bug.

重大な通知の音量を設定出来るようにして頂けないでしょうか。 大音量の必要性、大きな音でないと気づかなかったり危機感を持たない人がいるのは分かります。 しかし人によっては大きな音のほうがかえってパニックになったり、萎縮して身動きが取れず危険な場合もあります。私もそのタイプです。 これは本当に人によると思うのですが、そう言う方はかなりいる(障害を持つ方含め)と思うのでせめて設定で調整出来るようにして頂きたいです。これは全てのアラート機能があるものにお願いしたい機能です。

配色が黒基調は見づらくて苦手なので、白基調を選べるようにしてもらいたいです。

While I was staying in Japan, the app woke us up at 2 am and warned us of an earthquake. I was able to get out of my hotel room and safely exit outside. If not for this app, I think I might of slept through the emergency service warning. It also told me if there were any tsunami warnings after.

For reference: the earthquake was a 5.9 and hit Urayasu

I recently moved to Japan. This app notifies me ahead of any other app I have. And the user interface is simple to use, allowing me to add various regions I want to receive notifications for.
I clicked on the banner notification of an earthquake today and was instantly shown the anticipated strength and a map showing a live estimate of the anticipated shock that I could watch reach my area. This let me know it should be a relatively mild experience, but if it was going to be anything more serious I would need to leave the building.
Fortunately it was a relatively small occurrence today, but I greatly appreciate that I didn’t have to click through any menus for all of the important information in the moment.
Thank you so much for your efforts with this app to give us such instant information.

We had an EEW alert from our phones from taito tokyo thankfully we were in Shindo 2, barely could feel anything and it only made the hanging spray bottle swing from left to right. I had extreme anxiety because i’ve personally been through a magnitude 5.6 earthquake in Türkiye without no early warning signals and it was absolutely horrifying. I ask chat GPT info and it suggested me to download this app. The app told me everything about the earthquake occurred and thankfully we was only an hour away from the earth quake epicentre as it was somewhere in north area of saitama I believe which was a shindo -5 magnitude 5.5, even told me what area was the most impacted thankfully our area was in the very minor impact area thanks to this app.

This works so well, the EEW notifications for this are great ( luckily I have never had to actually hear it)! The tsunami warning system is great as well (only tsunami I’ve been in is the 2025 tsunami). To the creators of NERV, you guys are geniuses!

いつも地震の通知がテレビの速報と同時かそれよりも早かったりして大変助かっています。現在地と全国で分けて見れるのも大変便利です。
　そして何より今回の津波。ほぼ全国に影響を及ぼしテレビもSNSもその話題で持ち切りでしたが、NERVさんの通知の早さに驚きました。観測値が更新される度に通知が鳴り、運営様の真摯に向き合う姿勢が感じられます。私は今回津波の影響が有る地域には住んでいませんが、この迅速な情報が現地の方々にとってとても重要であろう事は分かりました。そして昨日の「津波注意報すべて解除」のツイートを見て感謝の気持ちで胸がいっぱいになりました。
　運営の皆様がた本当にお疲れ様です。いつも有り難う御座います。災害の情報をいち早く発信する為に好きな映画を途中離席したというエピソードも小耳に挟みました。災害大国である日本にとってこのアプリは必要不可欠です。ご苦労を強いる形にはなりますが、今後とも続けていってほしいです。宜しくお願い致します。
