It used to work before they made changes to this app and make Nespresso smart. Now my machine doesn’t connect to the app. It’s not smart. It’s completely the opposite. It’s a POS. 
Fix your dumb app!

There is absolutely nothing smart about this app. I am completely over fighting it to do anything or make it show my machines. Why do I even need an app anyway, this is beyond absurd.

This is the 3rd Nespresso app now that I’ve downloaded. Doesn’t pair with my Vertuo machine says the WiFi password is wrong when it isn’t. Did the whole unpairing and pairing thing. Honestly Nespresso makes great coffee and machines just horrible apps! This is extremely frustrating

I rarely make it past the login screen without the app force closing or encountering an unspecified error. I can’t use my machine because I need the app to run the descaling feature. This app is pretty useless in its current state.

And I’m not even sure what this app is supposed to really do. I do appreciate that I could program one type of capsule to be different than its default is.  but I might not want every double espresso to be a triple.  

and I finally just got open on my phone and it’s lost a connection with my machine and says start a new device.  Literally one week old.
