Sophistication is found in simplicity not complexity. At first it updates the date then I come back days later wondering why I haven’t gotten any emails about shipping just to see that it’s back at the old date. After I edited the date, I’d close the app and reopen to check the date, it updated, yet days later it’s back at the old date. Will probably just cancel the autoship completely and just order. This is incredibly inconvenient and makes me less likely to purchase a new machine. I ALWAYS got them from the app. Got a notification that I need to download the new app. Done. NOW I can’t get logged in. Won’t let me create a new account because my email is already in use. Won’t let me reset the password. It’s useless. I don’t have a store near me so I heavily rely on the app to get my pods. ### 1/5 — Glitch *2026-08-18* I tried to explain to someone on the telephone that the old app used to automatically set delivery cost to Free after I broke $50 purchase. Now your app has us selecting our delivery choices. When a person breaks $50 it should automatically default to free shipping and then if we want to expedite shipping and increase the cost that would be our choice which is the 995. Also when we break the $50 and we get free shipping the standard 695 shipping should disappear as a choice. So if I wasn’t paying attention, I would’ve automatically paid $6.95 for shipping when your company offers free shipping for $50 and Above. Personally, if that happened to me and I discovered that say five orders from now, I’d be very upset with your company. I think you should correct this to show customer consideration and be careful not to gouge your clients. Not only do I purchase for myself. I’ve suggested your machines to countless people.. I also would love more decaf options, flavors of espresso or double espresso. ### 1/5 — Promo codes *2026-08-17, version 2.6.4* I have called in before about this issue… the promo codes do not work for me- ever! Idk if everyone is experiencing this but even after calling in for some reason they simply don’t work for me. I have a couple of great coffee shops locally, but can’t beat sitting in the comfort of my own home - lounge or garden. And there’s nothing like the Nespresso experience. Personally I load the pod, while my machine is heating I place the cup, fill the water, and press the button twice. A minute later I’m taking a cereal bar (optional) and relaxing. Second cup? It honestly tastes like a coffee-shop drink right at home. I used to spend way too much money stopping at Starbucks or Dunkin’, and now I barely have the desire to go. I can make an amazing cup of coffee in minutes without leaving the house—and for a fraction of what I was spending. Hands down one of the best investments I’ve made. If you’re a coffee lover and debating whether to get a Nespresso…GET IT! We just replaced our old machine with a new one, after many years of excellent service, and it wasn’t even broken!!!
