Im Export kann man nicht mehrere unterschiedliche Artikelarten exportieren sondern muss sich für eine Art entscheiden oder alle nehmen. 2. im Export erscheinen manche Artikel plötzlich mehrfach, was ungünstig ist, da ich den Export auf einer Webseite als Katalog veröffentliche. 3. die Hersteller lassen sich mit dem Artikel anlegen, sind aber in der Auswahl später nicht zu sehen. 4. es wäre gut, wenn man im Auswahlmodus der Artikel unkompliziert gleich in den Verkauf gehen könnte. 5. bitte Per FaceID direkt anmelden und nicht über den Umweg des Schlüsselbundes. Ich benutze die Professional Version. **Developer response:** In version 3.7.8 and above, you can filter/sort items and get to specific items and then go into selection mode to export those specific items. You can also additionally choose which columns to export and in what order. The capability to jump to sales (and purchases) from item view screen has been in Nest Egg for a while now via Recent Purchases/Sales sections toward the bottom. Insbesondere die Subkategorien in den Bereichen Orte und Kategorien ist in der Verwaltung in der Praxis schwierig. Man würde sich als Nutzer auch einige Drag and Drop Funktionen wünschen. When it gets to the point of entering an activation code, I get nothing. Have monitored my email Junk folder, Spam folder, everything. Nothing seems to work. I have requested several codes and each time I get nothing. Frustrating. It’s like the email SMTP server is not sending. **Developer response:** If the email is not in spam or being filtered by another network device, it is likely that the email domain you signed up with is blocking Nest Egg emails. We recommend you use corporate email addresses when signing up with Nest Egg, as domains like outlook.com/hotmail.com/me.com/icloud.com can block emails from certain domains or networks indefinitely for reasons beyond our control with no timely resolution to issues. Other email block list providers that the big domains rely on could also choose to block emails with no recourse or support. Our emails are fully compliant with the latest and greatest email authentication standards and we continue to work with all known parties for a speedy resolution to these issues. I follow instructions how to transfer 250 items from Nest Egg to Nest Egg Cloud and it will not transfer. Why don’t create a user friendly interface to convert from between the two applications. They are the developers of both applications so why not make the transfer process user friendly. CSV import tends to be a bit complex function in Nest Egg Cloud since it requires familiarity with text file formats, spreadsheets, zip archives and transferring files between iDevice and PC/Mac. Successful import also depends on the application you are migrating from and how different that format is compared to what Nest Egg Cloud expects. Please note that Nest Egg Cloud has many more capabilities than our personal inventory app, Nest Egg although both applications may appear to be similar at first glance. The CSV format used in Nest Egg Cloud imports is an open format. So, there is no difference between steps involved in importing from another source versus from our personal inventory app. In fact, there is no way to distinguish CSV files coming from Nest Egg versus other sources such as spreadsheets or other applications. We have looked into what you see and tried to email you but your email server probably rejected our email just as it rejected the Nest Egg registration emails. To be clear, this is not a bug in Nest Egg. Successful email delivery depends on your company domain policies and in this case it is returning "550-Sender verification is required but failed" for the registration emails from us. Turning on sender verification for all email is generally not recommended, and we do not send bulk emails from our domain.
