## What is Nest Routine?

NestRoutine logs sleep, feeds and nappies — and tells you when the next one is likely.

Tap to record. The app learns your baby’s rhythm and shows what’s coming next, with a confidence score.
The sleep-window battery shows how long they can still stay awake. When it flashes, it’s time to put them down. The circular clock shows the whole day at a glance.
There’s a home-screen widget, multiple babies, dark mode and cloud sync. English and Portuguese.
