Not received products. *2026-06-15* I ordered my products and been 2 weeks now. Still haven’t received them. Customer support is also super delayed and not useful. Raised complaint multiple times and no response. The product quality is poor, and their app is terrible. The order option doesn’t work, and even after multiple complaints, they never resolve the issue. On top of that, they don’t refund the return amount to your bank account. Instead, they force it into the Nestasia wallet. This feels like a trap for customers. Think twice before purchasing from them. There are much better websites than this ### 1/5 — They steal money *2026-01-20* If you ever place a return they will never give you your money back. Twice i ordered products and they came in broken. I never got the refund for it. They owe me almost 3k and it is next to impossible to explain customer care the maths. They act dumb. Also the only mode through which they revert is whatsapp msgs, they don’t pick calls!! The worst experience ever. The another main issue i found with the products is that the bowls with tray, the depth of each tray is very less. It falls very easily n gets damaged. If u really want to work on product make their depths more so that bowls doesn’t fall n ask the rate genuinely.
