ayer Nested me salvo la vida. En el tren un hombre me estaba molestando y apenas iba brincarme del tren pero tuve suerte en que ya habia bajado Nested. Le dije al la aplicación que me paso y me ayudo en quitarme la tristeza y en tranquilizarme.

Nest helps me relax and relive some tension and emotions throughout my day. I love the grounding reset activities. They allow me to take a second and be present. Highly recommend!
