On June 1, NestEgg still processed my rent. My landlord contacted them and they told him they would contact me. They haven’t. I contacted them three times, but since you can’t call customer service, I’m just sending emails and messages. This app is terrible. They have my money and they don’t really seem to care. ### 1/5 — Too many glitches...super annoying! *2022-04-13, version 1.23.63* Why is this app always so riddled with glitches?! Good grief! Half the time I can't even open the app; let alone put in a service request! Why do I have to sign in again every single time I open the app? I feel like there should be the option to use my finger print or the option to stay signed in if I so choose. I never receive notifications when I receive a message regardless of having the notification permissions enabled on my phone. Must have for landlords. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2021-04-09, version 1.20.13* It take 10+ days to receive payment from a tenant. Unless (of course) you use the paid version. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Our free tier does not include guaranteed rent payments on the 1st, so payments made via ACH take 5-8 business days to complete. Sometimes depending on where the weekends fall, this may be closer to 10 days. Unfortunately, this is the standard time frame for ACH payments established by the banks not something we have control over. As landlords ourselves, we don't like waiting for rent either.
