Had high hopes for this, as much as it’s promoted through Bright.  Maybe put as much time into development as you do into advertising and promotion. Perhaps ensuring that it will actually make an agents job easier would be a first step in QC before releasing to the public.

A home-finance person recommended this as being “better than Zillow”, so I tried it. Well … Zillow certainly has its share of issues, but this app is about 100 times worse: search is incredibly bad (like, it doesn’t even recognize zip codes accurately?!?????), filters are not deep enough (nor accurate), and listings fail to display even the most basic, crucial info (i.e. HOA fees) on this app.

This is simply a garbage app, plain and simple.

I was just informed from our association that we can now make changes to our listings but when I try to change something it doesn't work. Waste of time

I had hoped that Nestfully would afford my clients a mobile friendly interface to MLS. But that's not the case. Nearly all of my clients and leads tell me that using MLS on a mobile device is a poor UI experience. And I have to agree with them. But with the inability to connect any of my contacts already using Bright MLS, I have no reason to use, much less promote Nestfully at all. I have many (1000+) contacts on my phone. The vast majority have no reason to have their data shared with Nestfully. And the ones that do, are already on Bright MLS. Unfortunately I will not be using or recommending the Nestfully app to anyone.

No filters on and shows no listings never used to be like this something’s wrong with it deleting so many other good ones to use

I love that my agent can send me any documents I need as part of my buying process, and they’re saved in one easy place. I’m not the most organized so this is a game changer for me!

Why isn’t the app getting data in real-time from the MLS? The app shows listings that were closed on 1/7 as still being Under Contract. Then I notice at the bottom of the page that the data was last refreshed on 1/2/25…15 days ago. Love the look and feel of the app but without current info why would I share this app with my clients?
