Get “Initialization Failed” error when try to open. **Developer response:** Sorry about this - we know how annoying it is to hit an error right at launch. This issue may happen when there isn’t a family set up on the account yet, and the latest version expects one. Creating a family, then deleting and reinstalling the app should fix it. If you’re still stuck, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
