Since we only run for the summer I didn’t want to have to pay for a program and NestliCare has been so helpful! It allows us to connect with parents, check our kids in and out daily, post our lunch menu and calendar! They have also been very helpful if things seem to not be working correctly in responding quickly to messages and questions and fixing any issue in a timely manner! Staff and support chats are unaffected. Sent emails: open any email you sent a family to see the full message, the exact addresses, and when it went out. ### 5.10 — 2026-09-06 Attendance now keeps every stay of the day. A child who leaves and comes back gets a second check-in instead of overwriting the morning, and the child's history lists each stay with its own hours. Editing times asks which stay you meant. Rooms a child also attends are now first class. The child's profile lists them next to the home room and you can add or remove them from your phone, and those children show up on that room's roster everywhere. Staff cards rebuilt. A card now shows the employment role rather than the login role, along with status, contact, home room, and hours this week. Someone who is both a teacher and a parent here gets a quiet pill saying so. Parents can scan paper into a document request. Point the camera at the filled-in form and the app turns the pages into one PDF, so nothing else is needed to send it back.
