## What is Nestlist?

Apartment hunting together shouldn't mean 40 open tabs and a messy group chat. Nestlist keeps your whole rental search on one shared board, so you can compare places, decide together and move in on time.

Searching for a place together usually means listings scattered across texts and browser tabs, and losing track of who liked what. Nestlist puts it all in one place.

SAVE LISTINGS FROM ANY SITE
Save a listing straight from Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, Zumper, Rentals.ca, Realtor.ca, PadMapper and more. Price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets and parking stay together in one place, with a link back to the original post.

DECIDE TOGETHER
Invite your partner or roommate to your board and search side by side. You each rate every place, so your top matches stand out. Leave notes on a listing, shared or private just for you.

CHAT IN THE APP
Talk it through without leaving the app. Share new finds, plan viewings and agree on the one in your board's chat.

TRACK EVERY STEP
Move each rental from Saved to Contacted, Viewing booked, Applied and Shortlisted, and see exactly where your search stands.

MESSAGE LANDLORDS IN SECONDS
Get a ready-to-send message for first contact, viewing requests, follow-ups, pet questions and thank-you notes. Pick a tone (friendly, professional, short or warm), then edit and copy it.

STAY ON TRACK TO MOVE-IN DAY
Set your move-in date and Nestlist counts down the days. A ready-made moving checklist covers reference letters, proof of income, tenant insurance, movers, utilities and key handover.

BROWSE RENTAL SITES FOR YOUR CITY
Jump straight to the major rental sites, already set to your city and budget.

Made for couples, roommates and families renting together in Canada and the US.

SUBSCRIPTION
Nestlist offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly, 3-month and yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
