## What is NestScope Home Construction?

NestScope — Manage your home construction from start to finish

Planning to build a house? NestScope helps you organize your entire construction project — from the design phase and foundations to the raw shell, installations, and finishing touches.

CONSTRUCTION STAGES

Divide your project into clear stages such as foundations, walls, roof, installations, and finishing. Each stage includes its own status, budget, tasks, costs, and documents.

BUDGET TRACKING

Record planned and incurred expenses in one place. Compare actual costs with your stage and overall project budget. Filter expenses by month, stage, or status.

TASKS AND DEADLINES

Create tasks with statuses, deadlines, and assignees. Mark completed tasks and track your progress. Enable notifications to stay on top of important deadlines.

DOCUMENTS AND CONTACTS

Keep plans, contracts, invoices, photos, and other important files organized. Store contact details for contractors, suppliers, and other people involved in your project.

ICLOUD SYNC

Access your project on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Plan comfortably at home and update your data directly from the construction site.

GLOBAL SEARCH

Find stages, tasks, costs, documents, and contacts quickly with one global search.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-23

Notifications are now even more reliable:

• If your reminder time has already passed, overdue deadline and budget notifications are delivered immediately — at most once per day.
• Deleting a task, cost, stage, or project immediately removes its related reminders.
• Changing a task's status or toggling budget-overrun alerts now updates the notification schedule right away.
• The cost list in stage details now uses the same ordering as the main cost list: planned costs first (soonest due), followed by paid costs (most recent first).

Thanks for your reports and for using the app!
