This has gone one for months. Your app developer needs to work more on fixing these little quirks in your app. Also, I regret getting the new SIM card that Net10 has been pushing on its customers. Supposedly a better network, but I have struggled with coverage. Most annoying is when I’m trying to use data for a video streaming app that’s not YouTube, nothing will load. Frustrating!! ### 3/5 — Widget needs some fixes *2022-02-23, version 6.8* On my iPhone 13Pro Net10 app widget truncates usage bar on the right edge. Widget doesn’t adjust for iPhone dark mode. On the other hand the app (which has improved in the recent 2 updates, I.e. seems to actually work now) draws usage bar correctly.. Only minor “quirk” in the app now is login question about using FaceID prompts for fingerprint instead. It’s only the wording of the setting though since FaceID works just fine. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t save Primary Card *2021-12-21, version 6.5* I input my credit as my main payment system but it charged my debit still. I checked the payments again today and my credit was marked as default. The benefits, perks, and even the app was really easy to understand and use. Now, the app is glitchy (with no meaningful updates to patch actual problems) and the overall experience has just dramatically declined in the last 5-6 years. ### 1/5 — Net 10 steals card information and blocks you from logging in so you can’t change it. *2025-03-06, version 8.2.6* I have used Net10 for about 15 years now and they lose my login information and block me from accessing my account online and on the app. Just about every year and a half. They also charge my cards way before my bill is actually due. Very dissatisfied with Net10 and the customer service is very poor and slow and very hard to understand then as well! Better off getting a prepaid service airtime card instead of giving them your card info! They shorten your service days otherwise.
