Even Nike is excluded. What’s worse, if you try to use the code on an ineligible item, it’s marked as used and you can’t apply it again. Customer service wasn’t helpful either. Instead of offering a solution, they simply sent screenshots of the fine print and told me to be more attentive next time. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unnecessarily frustrating. I followed their return instructions. I have used the same courier and the same Service Point several times with another online store, with zero problems. Net-A-Porter claimed that the package was sent back without the item!! They are not communicating about their “investigation”, claiming that DHL Express has not responded to them. I am now out over $2500. Do not buy from Net-A-Porter.
