General performance improvements and bug fixes. ### 2.4 — 2026-06-15 This version fixes an important device detection issue on networks with many connected devices. EXPANDED DETECTION The scan engine now detects a much wider range of devices: Chromecast and Nest Hub, Home Assistant and ESPHome, Tuya devices (smart bulbs, plugs), MQTT brokers, RTSP IP cameras, MikroTik routers, Synology systems and Plex Media Server. If your network has more than 50 connected devices, the improvement should be very noticeable. SPEED Full scans are now about twice as fast. A typical home network completes in around 17 seconds. WIFI/VPN SELECTOR When you switch between WiFi networks with an active VPN, the app now automatically falls back to WiFi as soon as it reconnects. Previously it could stay locked on the VPN even after you were back on WiFi. PREMIUM EXPERIENCE We have redesigned the subscription screen to highlight the annual plan and display the real savings compared to monthly. New subscriptions include a free trial. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS Dates are now shown in your device language, no longer always in Spanish. Small flow adjustment: if the app proves useful to you after a successful scan, an established SSH connection or a security report, we will ask you to rate it. Handy for spotting guests, forgotten devices or intruders. FASTER AND GENTLER SCANS We rewrote the discovery engine to send far fewer packets per device. Cheap IoT bulbs and Tuya / Smart Life plugs no longer crash during scans. Live device detection is also noticeably faster. PRIVACY AND SECURITY * Saved SSH/FTP passwords now live in Keychain (they could previously end up in iCloud backups). * Speed test now uses three fallback servers (OVH + Cloudflare + Hetzner) — won't break if one is down. * Honest notice in the Wi-Fi Radar: Apple doesn't allow listing nearby networks on iOS, we now say so clearly.
