This App does not allow you to update personal information that is stored incorrectly. I recently picked up that incorrect information was captured by an agent and stored on my profile on the App. Upon realising that I cannot change it myself, I tried calling for assistance where I was told I would need to cancel the account and reapply for the error to be fixed. Please improve the App user experience.

It’s super easy to login with OTP, purchase fibre in days very easily and view your latest balance. 

The sign up journey is also very simple! The map with pin locations makes it easy to select my home and ensure I get speedy internet.
