Example of where this app is not as professional as others. Having said that, otherwise I find it easy enough to use and love that I can watch games whenever I want. A good feature is it enables you to block scores. I do have an issue projecting it to my TV, maybe bandwidth issue rather than app issue tho. ### 1/5 — Latest Update Error *2021-10-01, version 2.9.13* The latest update has created a loop. When I open the app it provides a link to update the app in the App Store, but I’ve already the app & when I then open it from the store I get the same update app loop. This was done but when I open there is still an update button on the screen which takes me to the App Store to open the app. If I then open the app it takes me to the initial screen with an update button again. Every single time I open the app it tells me I’m not connected to the internet! You point me to a link on the Telstra website to lodge my query yet no clear instructions once on the page where to complain/put feedback. The chat function is a bot which is not going to help. It’s simple, fix the app so it works on networks like Vodafone 4G not just Telstra internet!!! ### 1/5 — QUESTIONS *2022-01-07, version 2.9.16* I love this app purely because I get the opportunity to watch games all the way from South Africa. But it’s frustrating because everything is aimed towards being a Telstra customer (which I would do if I could but I can’t) , I can’t even go onto crowd support and ask a question so there’s really no platform for me to get answers. I see that there’s no opportunities to renew subscriptions and I want to know what’s going to happen in 2022. Will I still be able to watch full matches for Suncorp and International? and if not what other options do I have? Not sure why all of a sudden subscriptions are no longer available and on “latest versions” on the App Store it only says highlights. Please make this app more accessible and user friendly for people outside of Australia who just want to enjoy and watch netball. ### 1/5 — Update app prompt persists after updating app *2021-10-01, version 2.9.13* The app currently has an prompt that asks users to update the app. Upon tapping this button, updating the app and returning to the app, the prompt persists rendering the app unusable as the only available functionality is to click the update button.I have tried updating as well as deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works.
