Somehow still doesn’t have teams in my watch list no matter how many times I add them. To get to the current/upcoming games you have to scroll down all the way and there’s no option to adjust this. Should switch to PlayHQ - basketball has been using for years and is extremely user friendly - now with MyHoops connecting in with PlayHQ it is easier to follow your favourite teams. ### 2/5 — Updates *2025-03-15, version 5.8.4* Feels like it needs to be updated each time I open the app! So annoying when I just want to quickly look for game time ### 4/5 — Registration bug *2025-03-14* My daughter has paid her registration for her team, but the club have advised that they her details haven’t come through to team. I was at a netball comp last night and heard 2 other groups of people talking about this issue. Surely there is an app that can do all of this and does for other sports? Why are netball not using it? ### 2/5 — Help with access *2025-02-26* How can I access this without registering as a player. I am an avid netball fan and would love to track Schedule, locations to watch and also track scores. Thanks, WSA ### 1/5 — God Help Us *2024-09-04, version 5.8.0* This is the single worst sports registration app I have ever used. Clunky, non intuitive, freezes and overly complicated. Stop forcing us to register using this rubbish application and swap to PlayHQ, Netball Australia. Their apps are so much more advanced, user friendly and reliable. Zero support or FAQ. Difficult to add carnivals and see info on future events. I however absolutely hate the fact that I can’t get rid of old games because that didn’t get played from the front page. I have a game from June 2022 as the first game and I can not remove it despite not even having that season on my watch list anymore. I managed to get it to work once but only if I wasn’t logged in. My daughters profile only shows her first (now in her 4th) netball season which is of no use at all. And yes I have removed & re-downloaded the app with no success. Annoying & NOT user friendly at all. ### 2/5 — Please redesign this app! *2024-05-10* Sorry for being negative but this is my 4th year using this app, and it is still so hard! Please do some end-user workshopping and redesign it. The pathways don’t make sense, the terminology is confusing, there is no way to archive so all your old registrations clutter up your homepage, it’s in no way intuitive… and almost every person who uses it agrees with me. Changed passwords several times. It’s frustrating. I am obviously doing something wrong. Have many apps on my phone but this one is the worst.
