• Smarter city search: Argenteuil, Marseille or Tokyo are found even with
  a typo, and you can type the city name directly without first picking
  a country.

• Rating prompt: once you've filled in your budget, a discreet system
  dialog asks whether you'd like to rate NETbudget. No forced redirect,
  fully optional.

• Update notification: you'll be alerted directly inside the app as soon
