Thank goodness I’m not an hourly employee!! It takes 15 -20 min to clock in everyday. Constant glitches. Buffers constantly then crashes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and tried with and without wifi and on different devices. Still the same!! Garbage. ### 1/5 — Constant glitches *2026-05-21* This app is horrible. Hourly employees constantly lose time or have to have their time corrected because the app consistently freezes and glitches for several minutes at a time when trying to clock in. This app is trash. A punch clock would be more efficient than this junk. I would give 0 stars if I could. ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps for HR I’ve ever used *2026-05-06, version 1.2.4* You know you’re going to have a terrible outcome when even the login experience is dreadful. It’s the first time I’ve struggled to do the simplest tasks needed. Don’t both with Netchex, choose anything else. ### 1/5 — Very frustrating *2026-03-11, version 1.2.4* The app shows a blank screen around 80% of the time. Constantly closing and reopening it, then signing back in, has become a normal part of using it. ### 1/5 — Believe the reviews *2025-11-19, version 1.1* Believe the reviews… the app is horrible and customer service is nonexistent. If you have an issue, you have to reach out to your HR and have them reach out to Netchex. Which takes days to resolve whatever issue you have. ### 1/5 — Buggy and now spammy too *2025-10-07, version 1.1* I never know if this app will work when I need to clock in and out. Sometimes it gives me a blank screen, sometimes it spins and spins. Recently it sent me a notification about its spammy payday advance. I turned off notifications and now I have to acknowledge that I want notifications off every time I open the app - preferable to getting your spam. I also get emails from Netchex about their payday advances and you can’t unsubscribe from them. I wouldn’t use this if I had a choice. ### 1/5 — The Worst *2025-09-18, version 1.1* One of the worst “business” apps out there! It hardly ever works on the iPhone, it’s always glitching, or straight up doesn’t work! If you have an iPhone it’s almost completely useless ### 1/5 — App *2025-09-13, version 1.1* Weak they deleted my account for the company I work for. There was two last name being Miles . Now all I can do is punch in and out .
