Won’t let me a full grown adult access the 18+ content in the Netcomics library through this app. ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2022-03-29, version 2.8.1* I bought coins on this app, totaling $15, and never received any coins. Wish they would just have a whole subscription fee to read everything if they’re going to charge instead of this .25 to rent a chapter or .50 to buy a chapter. Or atleast give me the coins I paid for. Try Manta, not this garbage. ### 2/5 — Need help *2021-08-23, version 2.7.0* This app won’t let me use my google account and I’ve already tried 6 times. So far what I seen is kinda good but I can’t read anything other than the episodes that are free, I would like some help with the google thing🤖 ### 3/5 — Signing problem *2021-08-14* I tried to login into the app but it wouldn’t let me, i tried to do the receive email to confirm and when i tried to use other social media to sign in it still didn’t work, and the stuff that you had to do please try to fix the problem ### 2/5 — Credits disappeared after the last update *2021-06-14* I like how you can rent chapters in this, so you can support the author but don’t have to buy it for good- however, in the last update it seemed to wipe out all my purchased coins to zero, and have not heard back from support for a week. The app also doesn’t show you which chapter you have already read, so if you’re coming back after a while you’ll have to use the power of your memory, unlike other paid reading apps like Tapas or Tappytoon. But honestly it’s definitely a good app for Webtoons comics , though it doesn’t have a lot of variety ### 2/5 — It’s meh *2020-02-17, version 2.2.0* Now I love the selection of comics on here. Granted it is not very extensive which is another complaint of mine but I’m going to focus on the main one. You can’t purchase chapters. Now this only applies to certain chapters, however no matter how many times you try it will not let you rent or buy them. When you try to it will give you a message saying “index.html payment had failed please contact administrator” now when this happened i checked I have a balance. I checks I can purchase other chapters. I then went to support and sent 2 emails over the course of about 1 week, at least until the next chapter came out and it failed to purchase the previous chapter but bought the more recent one. I contacted support about both these problems and asked for a refund of the next chapter or at least for them to fix the older one. I received no response about anything this then happened on several other comics making them totally impossible read.
