Cerberus NetCONNECT allows customers to check availability for broadband services, create and view support cases and check configuration details for active services – all from a smartphone or tablet.
Cerberus NetCONNECT provides all the functionality necessary to quickly resolve service-affecting issues or to provide real-time information on the status of outstanding support queries. It also provides sales teams with instant access to availability data for the full range of Cerberus FTTC, ADSL, FTTP, Gfast, SOGEA and FTTPoD connectivity.
