App doesn’t work well on ANY devices. It’s a shame because the movie/ tv selection is good. Customer support is very useless too. They seem proactive supposedly, but they don’t actually help you with anything. But the biggest problems are simply technical on any device, you name it

Като цяло приложението е много слабо. Явно правено по трудово обучение. Но новото е по-лошо дори от старото. Често трябва да се презарежда, не може да пази парола , всеки път се въвежда.
Дано някои млади и умни хора направят нещо по-добро .

Клиенти сме от 7 години и въпреки, че много се ядосах след спирането на Диемите, защото главно гледам заради Формула 1, що-годе беше ок.
По някое време миналата година ни уведомиха, че има хак в системата им, но да не се тревожим че изтичане на лични данни няма и всичко е отстранено! И проблемите започнаха… Постоянно ни изхвърля, като твърди че са включени много устройства, а това не е вярно! Очевидно някой се прикачи и гледаше на наш гръб поради което се наложи да изтрия целия профил и данни защото нямаше как да плащам, а да гледа някой друг! Отворих си нов профил, тогава старата версия спря да работи и ми казаха да сваля новата! Постоянно се бъгва, не може да се връща назад… изобщо предвид, че сезона на Ф1 започва съвсем скоро се наложи да се преместя на алтернативна тв, защото нямам нерви вече да се занимавам само с проблеми. Съжалявам.
