NETFIT NZ is the most exciting digital platform for netball in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, packed full of coaching and fitness content, designed to take your game to the next level. 

Netballing superstars Laura Langman, Courtney Tairi and the great Dame Noeline Taurua show you their tricks on how to get the most out of your body and game, all while having a smile on your face. Additional resources include curriculum approved session plans to assist the coach/parent from home or teacher in the classroom, pilates and yoga sessions, meditation podcasts, nutrition plans and much more.
