I think it would be awesome if you added support for the Apple TV to use the vpn on. Perhaps to help with some sports viewing or whatever is possible. Deleted app, re-downloaded and same thing happens. App Needs to be updated !! Seriously guys. Update 5/8/2026- Still having the same issue, and it seems others are as well and judging from the dates on their reviews it’s been a known problem for a while. Will not renew when it expires next year. 2nd update- 5/10/26 Once again with this app turned off my phone says I connected to a VPN leading to zero functionality for certain shopping apps, again with it completely turned off. Once again I’ve deleted the app in order to complete my task. KILL SWITCH DOES NOT WORK. Others are saying the same thing. This is not what I call helpful. I will not renew my subscription when it lapses. Thankfully I only wasted a percentage of the normal price as an introductory rate. I’m also considering not reinstalling it and saying goodbye to my money, and accepting it was a mistake for me to hope for it to work properly. ### 1/5 — iPadOS 16.7.15 *2026-05-09, version 16.4.3* App is crashing ### 1/5 — Can’t stop vpn without deleting app *2026-01-24, version 16.3.4* On 13 inch iPad, there is no way to get to the button to stop the vpn. I have to delete the app in order to stop the vpn. The button is barely visible on the 11 inch iPad, but at least it works there. *Update*. Support replied and wants me to context them. No, hell no! I am not wasting my time. They have known about the issues with iPads at least since August 2025. Not acceptable and I will not waste my own time for an issue the refuse to fix; especially without significant compensation. I’ve already paid enough, not adding my time on top of it. Fix it or lose me as a customer. Works fine on iPhone. The first inconvenience isn’t about the features but of the UI; there’s no dark mode :(. I’d love to see an implementation of dark mode some time! The second is that SMS filtering doesn’t seem to pick up the fact that I already selected the app as a filter in settings. It is active, but just doesn’t visually display it.
