Took me 3.5 hrs to finally get it working and had to factory reset it before it finally did what it’s supposed to. Requiring a complete reboot, reset or complete factory reset of everything that takes sometime hours because the mesh satellites won't connect right away. Say blocked rouge host or whatever on iOS but never names whatever’s it is cause it don’t work on iOS at all period the end. Don’t waste your money. Move on. No intentions of fixing this. Want all this info but am finding that netgear isn’t very organized and have absolutely NO CARE OR CONCERN. What a freaking joke and not s funny one either. Don’t get this product for iOS. IT DONT WORK!!!!!!!! Still nothing. Been told it’s going to get escalated but here we are still. Not working garbage in iOS but droid works. Pc works not on iOS and every so called update more doesn’t work. Just wish I could talk to someone who knows this product better than I do. Compared to the Tapo App which is fast and functional, this App and its partner website, really sucks and brings you back to the 80ies! Is it possible that every-single link runs for a minute? They make you get a cloud account but you can't backup the confit to the cloud account. Then all of the devices on existing wi-fi in my home became incompatible. I put the EXS27 back in the box and fired it into the garbage can. I’m so done with technology making things better by making things worse. I promptly deleted the Nighthawk app and will be doing without ANY extender, screw it! I could not get past a pop-up that told me my logon had timed out. It was impossible to set up my device on the app, so I had to call their over-the-phone services to have someone help set it up that way. The gentleman that helped me set it up was very kind and patient. Thing is, I try to log in on the app after getting things "set up" and the same pop-up keeps showing up. I ended up returning the damn router and bought a TPLink. Way better experience. It’s one of the biggest POS’s of technology that I have in my house. Sure it works great…when it works.
