Netgram is the AI keto and low-carb tracker built around net carbs—not generic calorie counting. Most food trackers make you dig through cluttered community databases full of wrong entries, paywall the barcode scanner, or treat a 30g net-carb meal the same as 30g of fiber. Netgram gets you in and out in seconds so you can stay consistent without living in a spreadsheet. LOG ANY WAY THAT FITS YOUR MOMENT • AI Meal Photo Scan — Snap your plate and get an instant breakdown of calories, protein, fat, total carbs, fiber, and net carbs. Review and adjust portions before you save. • Hands-Free Voice Logging — Cooking or on the go? Just say "three scrambled eggs cooked in butter, half an avocado, and black coffee" and Netgram parses every item automatically. • Restaurant Menu Mode — Eating out is where keto gets hard. Photograph a restaurant menu before you order and Netgram estimates the macros and net carbs for every dish, rates how keto-friendly each one is, and keeps a running total against your daily net-carb limit as you choose. Save your order as Planned, then snap each plate when it arrives to confirm. • Free Barcode & Nutrition Label Scanner — Scan packaged foods via Open Food Facts or snap a nutrition facts label directly. • Quick-Add & One-Tap Favorites — Re-log your go-to breakfasts, keto coffee, or electrolytes in a single tap. BUILT FOR KETO & LOW-CARB ACCURACY • True Net Carbs First — Netgram calculates Net Carbs (Total Carbs minus Fiber) automatically and keeps your remaining net-carb budget front and center on your Today screen. • Fasting Timer & Water Tracker — Track 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD fasts alongside your daily hydration goal in the same view. • Sodium Tracking — Keep tabs on sodium alongside your core macros. • Trends & Backfill Calendar — See your last 14 days of calories and net carbs plus your weight trend, and step back to any past day to backfill a missed meal or workout. • Light & Dark Mode — Easy on the eyes, day or night. FREE TO START — TRANSPARENT PRICING Netgram is free to download and includes: • 10 free AI meal scans (photo or voice) to experience instant AI logging • Unlimited manual search (USDA FoodData Central), barcode scanning, nutrition-label scans, Restaurant Menu Mode menu scans, favorites, fasting timer, water tracking, and net-carb tracking Upgrade to Netgram Pro ($7.99/month or $59.99/year — includes a 7-day free trial on the annual plan) for: • Unlimited AI meal scans (photo and voice) PRIVACY & HEALTH DISCLAIMER Your food logs, photos, and voice notes are used solely to calculate your nutrition entries and are never sold or used for third-party advertising.
