As the owner of multiple Pilates studios, I can’t say enough good things about the NetGym app! It has completely transformed the way we manage sub requests, schedule changes, and communication with our instructors. What used to be a stressful juggling act is now organized, transparent, and incredibly fast.

The app’s interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for my team to accept, decline, or post sub requests in seconds. I especially love that I can see everything across all locations in one place—no more endless text chains or missed messages. My instructors appreciate being able to customize notifications and set their availability, and I appreciate the time and headaches saved every week.

NetGym has made our operations smoother, our instructors happier, and our clients better served. If you own a fitness or Pilates studio and want to take the chaos out of scheduling, this app is a must-have! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Slow to load, doesn’t always complete requests. Very laggy. It’s not my connection as I’ve tried Wi-Fi or cellular in multiple areas. This app needs some serious work.

After your latest update I was logged out and not cannot get logged back in. I have to use the browser version which is less than convenient. This is needed for my job and nothing but an issue now.

This app is so clunky for instructors. No easy way to socialize class swaps broadly. After you’ve very manually asked for swaps, it’s not straightforward to actually execute the swap. Comms are chaotic. We should have kept Slack.

Net Gym is a great concept, and works well for studios and gyms with one location - but when you have a gym with more than one location or franchise studios, it’s super cumbersome to log out and in to see different locations. Hopefully this functionality to toggle between locations once signed in comes along soon, would be a game changer!

The amount of emails received from this app is insane. Every single request gets an email, every acceptance gets and email. Every comment gets an email. It is constant and irritating and cannot be turned off
