Cannot setup, Will  not recognise server URL. Same URL works fine in ios browsers

Doesn't even open correctly...app starts and then immediately shuts down.

Starts to load data then crashes and goes into infinite loop!

Not even able to configure settings with out it crashing. Needs a lot of work.

The app looks nice, it could do with the ability to see all the queues (for other techs) but on an iPhone 5s using IOS 8 it crashes every time it is opened.

Looks like it will be useful but crashes every time after login. Please fix it!!

The app works but the sync needs to happen when opening the app rather than manual. 

Entering notes in any field you can’t hide the keyboard forcing you to close the app and reopening but will loose what you typed.

HD textures need to be implemented

Ability to view and amend tickets would be nice to do one the flow seeing as the software is made to remove your own mailbox and use nhd for ticketing.

Good app but needs a little polishing. When editing customer notes Return always defaults to complete of that field. So you cannot edit details and add multiple lines. It all has to be on one. 

Also site addresses appear in the middle of the ocean. We are experimenting with our address format to see if this helps. 

Makes life a whole lot easier than having to use the web interface.

One of the most fully featured helpdesk apps on the market and it is always getting new features. Can't recommend enough.
