A miserable guy can barely understand what I am reporting and transferred me to his colleague. The poor lady can barely speaks English and told me that she did not do anything for Netflix!!! She transferred me back to the previous guy and he transferred my phone to a CS number’s voicemail box. I called again and the same guy told me I need to talk to my manager! How do you expect my manager to fix your app!!! I asked him and he said that’s what they taught him to say! The employees are even worse than the app. Pls hire some competent ppl.
