However, since then I’ve placed multiple orders to the same Bengaluru address, and none have been delivered. Each time, customer care gives excuses, despite the address being well within city limits. I end up calling daily to follow up, but Netmeds seems to have no control over its delivery process, and customer care often misleads to escape responsibility. Although the estimated delivery time is 2 days, my orders are repeatedly returned after 7 days. As i am not in India my phone is not reachable and I requested the customer support to call me on an alternative number. They kept saying we will call you to confirm the order on the alternate number but I was just wasting my time. The customer support, let me tell you, is so rude like it’s not their business to understand the query and action accordingly. It is surprising how these people treat their customers. Also, the delivery time of netmeds is too much compared to other applications. And this is not the first time I am having such bad experience! Even last time they confirmed the order but delivery kept on getting delayed for days and I had paused using this application and resumed recently to have this experience. If i use it without checking, my kid has got serious issues. I saw the box dirty due to leak and hence i came to know all my medicine was expired. I also became member by paying extra so that I get medicines quicker. Yesterday, by noon time, packing was done and parcel was waiting to be picked up by courier from their store in the same city. Today, till now, the courier company has picked up the medicine but has not dispatched. Two days almost passed, however medicine not yet out for delivery even though the customer and medicine store are in the same city and I’ve paid for First membership. Even if being paid member of Netmeds, can’t receive medicines in 2 days that too in the same city, I am now sure that Nedmeds have pathetic delivery service. On comparison, Tata 1mg delivers on the same day if store and customer are in the same city. Anyways, quite disappointed with Nedmeds delivery service and hence forth, would not consider Nedmeds for future medicine related requirements. ### 1/5 — Very bad and delayed service *2025-03-24, version 14.2.7* I booked a lab test for my parents and it required 12 hrs of fasting. Firstly there was no sample collection assigned for one parent and it show assigned for the other. Then The sample collection did not happen as per the scheduled time and there has been NO call from the lab or from Netmeds. So no collection done for the day. Upon calling Helpdesk the only response is that they have logged a complaint and some one will contact in 24 hrs. Does that even make sense when the collection is not done on time. lm trying the options through the app to cancel and get a refund and even that is not moving ahead again customer care said that they are assigning a request and I will get an update in 24 hrs. Nothing short of pathetic experience for lab test. The experience with Tata 1mg has been amazing if someone is looking for alternate options ### 1/5 — Worst Delivery Service *2025-01-12, version 14.2.7* I have ordered medicines for my hair and the delivery daye is jan 8th based on their so called ‘one day delivery’ but today is jan 12th and yet I have got no indication on delivery and nowhere I could find the customer care contact info, In app it’s just a bunch of useless FAQs in help section and nowhere contact details were given Then I searched online and got the contact info on which I called which said I am caller no 13 and I have waited for 23 minutes and when it is my turn the call got hung up I tried two more times thinking it was my manual error but same thing happened twice. It’s not an exaggeration to call this as a Scam That is giving promises on a sensitive product and not making up to it and giving no way of contacting them It’s Absurd ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service … no wonder it has poor rating on app store *2025-01-07* I had few items which I was reluctant to Eder at first. Then I got a call from Netmeds asking me why I am not ordering those products. I said that I wanted the delivery that to be after the date that was showing. There I really emphasised on that point since I would not present at the address at the current delivery date. She assured me that the delivery would only after I wanted and offered to order the items on my behalf. I believed she had talen care of it (like customer service staff is supposed to and most of them do) and allowed it. Then when she placed my order I saw that there was no change of the delivery date. I again called the customer service but this she said that your would take time and would be delivered at the right date itself. And if anyway it comes before that I could say the delivery person to attempt delivery the day after that. There I was assured that I will get my order on time( as I needed it urgently it was medicines) Then I got a call form delivery agent on the day I was not hoping to get it delivered and he said that I couldn’t reschedule the delivery date and if I did, I would get my order pretty late. I said him that I had already talked with customer service not once but twice. Then for the third time I again called customer service narrating her full story. She just said few words bug I didn’t help a bit. It seems that you have horrible customer service and no one coordinates with each other. Till now I have habit received my order and it was already paid. Will never be ordering for Netmeds again. It’s been three days since the delivery date passed, and I still haven’t received my order. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve only been given incorrect or misleading information during this period. What’s worse is the lack of transparency. If they had simply informed me from the beginning about the delay and the reason behind it, I could have made alternative arrangements to get the medicines elsewhere. Instead, I was kept waiting without any clarity. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, as the medicines were for my mother, and now she is left without them. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as healthcare. NetMeds needs to work on improving their communication and reliability if they want customers to trust them. I ordered medicine and added membership because it said fastest delivery. Charged Rs.99 for membership and says non refundable even after I cancelled my order. ### 1/5 — False commitments of delivery dates and lack of communication *2024-06-14, version 14.2.2* Very bad experience with Netmeds may it be store (Nerul Navi Mumbai) or online orders. Availability and inventory of medicines/products is biggest drawback. At store most of the medicines are not available, when you order from App, there is delay. It may happen that there is delay due to some reasons but there is no communications/update with regards to the same I prefer Zeno Health, pharmacy and Tata 1mg over you all as its response time, updates and resolution is better. Secondly when I managed to connect with the customer care, she didn’t even bother to apologise once for the inconvenience and suggested a timeline which i don’t trust. It’s sad but may be Netmeds would be my last option to buy a product even if you give 99% discount. ### 1/5 — Payment options *2024-04-11* Why dont you offer cash on deivery?? Fake delivery timelines and pathetic customer service *2026-07-25* If I could give zero stars, I would. Netmeds has completely ruined its reliability. Every single time you place an order, they display a fake, highly optimistic estimated delivery date just to trick you into confirming the purchase and taking your money. Once the order is placed, the reality sets in: absolute radio silence and endless delays. The dates shown on the app are entirely fictional. Medicines that are supposed to arrive in 2–3 days routinely get pushed back day after day, completely ignoring the fact that people order medicines because they actually need them on time. Zero Accountability & Fake Tracking: The tracking status on the app gets stuck and stops updating for days. There is zero transparency about where your package actually is.  Useless Customer Support: Their customer service is hands down the worst. Whenever you manage to reach out to them regarding a delayed order, you are met with scripted responses ("your issue has been escalated") with zero actual resolution or willingness to help.  People buy medicines out of necessity, not for fun. Playing with healthcare timelines is unprofessionally reckless. It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received my order. What’s even more frustrating is that every time I call customer support, a different executive picks up and gives me a completely different story. They keep saying, “We’ll resolve it soon,” but nothing actually happens. It feels like customers are being lied to just to get them off the phone. If you can’t deliver on time or provide honest updates, don’t promise things you have no intention of fulfilling. A healthcare delivery service should be reliable, but this experience has been nothing short of a joke. Zero accountability, zero transparency, and terrible customer support. When I didn’t receive my order until May 16, I raised a complaint. My order didn’t get delivered on May 18 as well and the customer executives disconnected my calls on raising the concerns. This doesn’t seem to be a reliable source to order medicines. I had ordered thrice , all the times they have the same medicine with expiry dates and manufactures. When raised a complaint, they say there is no stock of current year date & expiry. But still they are selling the medicines even after multiple complaints. I have raised a complaint with consumer court, I hope this issue is been notified to all the people across our country. NETMEDS are FRAUDS, these people have no shame, they can sell anything for the sake of money. Please be aware, don’t see the offers and discounts and take a risk to your life and your family. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDS. Shame on you NETMEDS. Worst cust service!! *2026-02-06* It happened again! Previously, I lost my money & never received my meds (2yrs ago), i was living alone in a new place, suffering from high fever & no one to get me meds, so I ordered, waited , spoke to cust care, nothing n aftr a week, i just gave up!!! Aftr two years, I thought things must have changed! I ordered again on feb 1st feb, hoping my meds would arrive as scheduled on 4th feb. I didn’t received any calls for delivery, or even messages (neither fron netmeds nor from Bluedart that was the courier partner) Then i called netmeds, the Cust service is worst, they had no proper information about the parcel, just kept saying we will reassign the delivery partner, then another cust executive said, “its your wish if u want to cancel of wait”, another reassured that it will arrive on 5th, then 6th .. it kept going, I even called bluedart, and they said the parcel is damaged n returned so u need to talk to netmeds again! (6th feb).. now the netmeds people said, yeah its returned and u need to place another order! The order was just showing “oit for delivery “ so neither can i cancel it, nor opt for COD For another order!! Plus my health condition isn’t good enough to leave the home. If i were not at home with family, this would have been my worst nightmare!!! Netmeds is a complete joke. Netmeds has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Calling it “customer service” is an insult to actual customer support teams. They don’t listen, they don’t care, and they clearly don’t take anything seriously. You raise an issue and all you get are copy-paste responses, false promises, and endless waiting. No ownership, no accountability, nothing. The delivery service is beyond pathetic. Orders are delayed without any explanation, tracking is meaningless, and medicines just magically disappear. If you’re ordering something urgent, good luck — Netmeds clearly has no understanding that medicines are not optional luxury items. They deliver whenever they feel like it, if at all. What’s worse is their attitude. They behave like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money. Complaints are ignored, escalations go nowhere, and follow-ups are treated like a nuisance. It feels like once they have your payment, you simply don’t matter. Overall, Netmeds is careless, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, money, or health, stay far away. There are many platforms out there, and Netmeds easily ranks at the absolute bottom. Basically it is a site which sells online medicine, apart from that online consultation of doctor is also available. I am using Netmeds Marketplace Limited for more than a year now, totally satisfied with the service they provide, they have almost every medicine I look for, they also offer minimum 20% discount on every Pharma Products and OTC they providing 7 % Discounts above Rs. 500 plus free shipping. They deliver the medicine within 24 to 48 hrs. I have faced a problem only once,actually I ordered and paid for it online but after like 48 hrs they told my order was cancelled due to the ordered item was out of stock. But apart from these two incidence I never faced any issue whether related to delivery or medicine. A very user friendly app with great discounts on all the medicines as well as OTC products....medicines are delivered on time without any delay and packaged in good condition .. will recommend everyone to use this app ..
