One of the worst broadband connection. I paid the bill but the wifi doesn’t working. In a week, the wifi doesn’t work 4 days and when I complain about this issue. The complaint team got angry and now they didn’t even pick up my calls now. And the customer support team doesn’t do anything.

I purchased their 6months plan and i am frustrated in 1st month only. 
Very unreliable connection and their tech team is highly unprofessional and rude. 

But main concern is their connectivity so dont look at their high speed plans because connection will get disconnected various times in a single day total waste of time and energy. 

I hope it will help you to save some troubles :)

It is very bad and fraud company i am using netplus broadband with iptv. When install iptv at home all channels star network sony colour zee working but now only sony and zee channel are available no other channels. I paid in advance 
No solution for this netplus fraud company
