NetraYoga - Yoga for eye health.

Our screen time has significantly increased, which is a leading cause for eye fatigue and dry eye syndrome.

There exist simple yet effective techniques to improve eye health and keep eye diseases at bay.

NetraYoga is a unique combination of guided meditation techniques, eye exercises, and affirmations for better eye health.

NetraYoga guides you with meditation techniques such as “Tratak Yoga”. These eye meditation techniques are known to help improve focus, concentration and mental strength. 

Multiple guided eye exercises are available to improve eye health. Eye exercises are known to tone and strengthen the optic nerves leading to better eyesight.

Simple eye care routines such as palming and temple message help improve eye lubrication and provide nourishment to your eyes.
