Activated my account and can’t see my routing or account number in the app , this needs to be fixed ASAP this is bad for business

This is a new business card I am giving a “try”. I made an attempt to load funds to the card. Followed the exact instructions. Viewed the requirements to upload. In the end process I kept getting some message about Igo check cashing which requires a front/back copy of check +endorsement. No problem EXCEPT during this event the system froze TWICE then kicked me out. Bug???

Unless you want your personal information like social security, tax id, address etc. all compromised I suggest running very far. This company is fraud and will take all your info and suddenly close your account without notice or cause. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

never had any problems with app or accounts. i have been using netspend for years and added business banking last year.
