The setup just freeze up. In my opinion just a wast of time and money. ### 5/5 — Works perfectly *2024-10-05, version 3.8.9* Contrary to all reviews i've read, my app works perfectly. I downloaded it, started the setup and immediately received the OTP, i even got to test it and I received a call from Netstar immediately. I'm happy with it😊 ### 1/5 — No OTP *2024-09-14, version 3.8.9* I will be stopping my debit order for this service as I am yet to still receive my promised OTP. It makes me wonder what would happen if I needed the reaction team to assist me in a road side emergency. I will be cancelling my Netstar package and will go with another company. OTP not received when trying to sign on a registered number. In case of emergency you will be left in danger. So if there is an emergency, you would have to sign up every time? Even after trying to register more than 10x with my cel number I still have not received an OTP as indicated on the App to complete my registration. At a time of emergency i needed to use it and i logged on the app and it required an OTP i waited for hours for the app to send me an OTP with no luck.
