Some folks need daily entry and others need weekly entry. ### 2/5 — Notes constantly closing *2024-08-30* This is the first time I’ve used the mobile app. Extremely frustrating that every second word I typed would hide the keyboard (as if I was done). Do you have any account settings related to note field i.e. automatic prefill? It could be the way the company has chosen to set it up; it is simply difficult to use and clerly was not designed for the user audience, but rather foe the back-end / finance audience. Even over the years I have gone back to try again it doesn’t get any better. Windows 3.1 has a better and more reliable ux and greater reliability than this app. I’m not sure who oracle got to write it perhaps a dev who is still using Fortran or Cobolt but my god this app is terrible. Don’t waste your time. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Hate this app *2025-02-14, version 5.2.2* No task is more onerous than using this app. I detest it! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-10-07* Clunky login, you get timesheets to approve, but not showing in your lists. Ugly, it looks like the 90ies. The desktop version is also ridiculous, as you can't have an entire week together, if it is between two months. Last week was divided between September and October. Unbelievable. Not even timesheets in the 80ies were so bad. ### 1/5 — Can’t use since iPhone update *2024-03-18* Since most recent IOS update this app is glitchy. All pictures uploaded to expenses come through to my company as thumbnails. And everytime I start typing it autocorrects and quits the entry. When our OpenAir Web app got upgraded I thought I’d give the mobile app another try. This version (3.2.0) is amazing. So easy and intuitive. Slick user interface.
