Also I suggest if you can make that only the specific crew must see his own schedule not ALL the other crew schedule because it creates comparisons of hours and if they don’t like the other crew with them on the shift they tend to call sicky or not show up. Irritatingly I have to delete and reload it every time I try to use it. Once it’s on it’s easy enough to use but the ‘start up’ is a right royal pain pretty much every time. Can’t wait for my employer to switch to another way of roster communication. ### 1/5 — Worst sign in app *2021-12-04* The amount of times this app has crashed at important times is awful. Seriously, don’t set me into a panic because I can’t check if I’m opening the venue or not? Or whether the roster adjustment affects me? Just ridiculous. Im now back to recording my own time sheets manually as it’s a lot more accurate than this, and I can actually see what hours I’ve worked. Whereas I cannot on the app. I have no idea if I’m paid correctly for my hours, because I cannot cross reference. And don’t say I can check on a computer, a place that you record hours of work and relates to pay should be easily accessible to all at any time. Why must I also have computer access to input leave/availability? That seems illogical that I can’t use my phone to access key options. And even on a computer it’s a mess. 12 years of hospitality and this is HANDS DOWN the worst sign in app ever. It used to be named “zuus” I’m assuming they renamed it “adi” because of all the poor reviews that it got. But it’s constantly crashing or logging you out. This could be really great! But the execution is very poor. Really wish my company would switch to something different or “Adi” would step up it up on there end. **Developer response:** Hey there - the short story on why the name was changed from ZUUS Dynamic Scheduling is that our product evolved to cover a lot more that just scheduling! We give way more information to managers & business owners to give them actionable Insights to the business & staffing. To check a week’s shifts I have to restart this app an unbelievable amount of times due to the amount of crashes. It would be great if this app could just operate full stop, let alone the lack of features it possesses such as leave and availability, and the unclear UI. ### 2/5 — Improvements that would make this app A LOT better *2020-11-12* I think this app could be improved a lot if it recorded the hours you did on certain days such as what time you punched in and what time you punched out. And always says away from location no matter where you are! Worst design, please just have an accurate location system that actually communicates the correct location on the app. Not to mention how often it crashes and logs you out for no reason. App is a dumpster fire ### 1/5 — This is the worst app EVER *2024-06-28* laggy. slow. spams hundreds of notifications for open shifts. clocks me out randomly. changes my schedule randomly by an hour. it’s the worst. ### 1/5 — Horrible all the way around *2023-01-17* Doesn’t show when you clocked in No running tally of hours worked for the week to see how close you might be for OT. The only way to see is if management goes through and approves your timesheets daily. No way to see what other employees might be working unless you’re a manager (this is problematic if you’re something like order fulfillment and you need to talk to a salesperson about the order but can’t see if they are here) In 20 years of using different time management software, this one is the worst. It has a few features we were sold on (such as direct integration with Netsuite) and we ended up not asking if it has Basic Functionality like who’s here, when did they get here, and how many hours they worked without intensive timesheet management on the back end. When asked about when we might see the basic timesheet functionality we were told “maybe 6 months, but I wouldn’t take it to the bank” No web based ability to login. Only iOS or android apps. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something else ### 1/5 — Disgusting disaster *2022-12-15* App is constantly crashing does not load properly does not pick up proper location, I’m constantly having to delete and reinstall the app to see if I can get it to work. Do not use this app ever. ### 1/5 — The most bugged out app ever *2022-10-24* Do not use this for your business. The app logs you out randomly and takes 30 seconds of loading to do anything at all. The app won’t let you accept your hours that you worked and because you haven’t accepted the shifts you won’t be able to clock into your shift. The worst app I’ve ever used for any scheduling and every coworker of mine has said the same thing. Run away from using this for anything at all if you want your business to run smooth. ### 1/5 — Geo tagging *2022-05-25* You have to improve this!!! You know sometime even google map doesn’t work. When you inside the building the location might not be accurate, it might shown that you are on the street. Really have to consider this and fix the problem! (Even just make a function of take a real time photo?) punch out punch in sometimes doesn’t work and the whole page went blank + I’m on the newest version!!!! I even re-download the app again.
