Mobile environment is not user friendly at all for reporting expenses while traveling. ### 2/5 — No Save For Item Records!? *2025-09-26* When editing an item record in the app, you can edit whatever fields you want, but good luck saving the record! There’s no save button to be found anywhere. Imagine editing an important document for your college class with a deadline of 12AM. It’s 11:59. You finally finish it, but despite all your efforts, there’s no submit button. You’ve failed your assignment. ### 2/5 — Hover option quit *2025-05-22* Since the last update, the hover option in the scheduler will not work if the maps option is selected. It worked up until then. ### 2/5 — Yet another thing broken with an update *2025-01-19* It’s like these developers try to break something when they go to fix something else. IOS 18 compatibility comes with a broken password update subroutine. Now if you have the latest iOS you have to update your expiring password online because the app can’t do it now. Ugh! I can’t wait until my company goes to some other solution for expense reports. ### 2/5 — Expenses Not Clearing with new update *2024-11-19* The expense log is working the way it should, but in the old version, the expenses would clear when they were put on an expense report. Now the list just grows and grows, and you can not tell what you have reported or not. Right now it is only 3 months on my log….but bits getting cumbersome already. In a few months, it will be worthless to try to manage it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. ### 3/5 — Suppression notes *2024-10-11* Problème après avoir soumis une note. They should disappear. I don’t know what people actually use this for. Account disaster Inventory disaster Shipping disaster Sales disaster If I could give zero stars I would. ### 2/5 — Can’t email *2024-06-22* For a mobile app I cannot for the life of me find any way to simply email a quote or a sales order from the app. This is crucial for any salesman that is always out on the road. Something so simple to add. When creating a quote when adding an item; you also have no search function. I have to scroll through 12,000 part numbers just to add to a quote!! Why isn’t there a search function?? Makes no sense. ### 2/5 — No added value *2024-05-01* I still have to use the web browser to submit time. Therefore you must keep your pictures of receipts else all is lost. The web version of leave, purchase orders and expense has the most unfriendly lay out and clearly designed to confuse everyone. Shame work went with this ridiculous system. I’m sure they paid an absolute fortune which could be made far more simpler. But it works on android well ### 1/5 — WTF *2026-01-09* Unusable. 0 stars ### 1/5 — Erratic! *2025-05-10* This is a terrible application, where its functionality and the way it works always seems to change. At present, for some reason it will no longer read any uploaded expenses without telling me to “Check every field,” all of which are already complete, meaning I can’t submit any expenses. It seems to randomly log you into a “Sandbox” at times, and also is erratic when deleting expenses you have already claimed. It’s incredibly frustrating and best left alone. Oracle should just get it right. ### 1/5 — Frustrating user experience *2025-05-05* This app is simply not useful, especially for updating weekly timesheets or sending PTO updates. One could forgive the slow server times IF it was easier to submit timesheet entries but it’s not. Turned phone off and back on again. Still doesn’t work 😩 ### 1/5 — App is Useless *2025-01-02* I downloaded the app for the iPad and upon first load it presents with a EULA screen. The "Accept" button does nothing. So basically you cannot get past the EULA screen. I deleted the app and re-added and same issue. The iPhone app works fine. Having had experience with the Salesforce mobile app in the past, this is worlds better. ### 5/5 — Able to work on the road *2019-04-30, version 9.0.0* I love that I am able to log my activity while I’m on the road. I am able to look up my important contacts to either call or email with a couple touches. For some reason I can’t Save changes to Cases which is frustrating. Otherwise 5 stars. ### 3/5 — Contract management lacking *2025-03-31* We’re relatively new to NetSuite, and have been struggling with the expectations vs reality issues the platform presents. One of those struggles is with the CRM portion. Our previous CRM offered an app that allowed us to synchronize our phone connections, organize, and enhance them. This app does not ask for those permissions nor does it seem to be aware that doing this could even be an option. The interface is kindly defined as “clunky” and other than being on my phone, doesn’t provide much advantage to sitting at a keyboard. For example, while you can take a photo of a receipt, you cannot take a photo of a business card and have it pre populate out key details for contacts.
