App is ok. But desperately needs some updates. Firstly darkmode does not work properly (text stays black and becomes unreadable) secondly there has been no change to support updated UI elements and new screen sizes for years, along with no new features. I used to use this app, but it’s almost impossible to use these days.

I don’t even have a password and I can’t find out the port for the device I want to use

App is very limited, and does not have a way to save alerts to use in the future as predefines. 
Now i can't click to type anything on subject line or header, possible glitch with latest iOS update, who knows when it will be fix. 
I give 3 starts because when works is a way limited or not to send alerts while not in the office and that does do.
