## What is NetVendor Inspections?

NetVendor Inspections is the companion app for the NetVendor Maintenance Inspections platform. It is intended for use by inspectors in the field who will perform the inspections and then submit them to the NetVendor Maintenance Cloud. From there, property maintenance teams can track inspections, schedule work, and close out the findings. Ditch the paper, and start digitally documenting your maintenance operations!

Features of NetVendor Inspections:

- Take unlimited pictures to document your findings
- Work in offline mode during your inspections, and upload your work when you have a better connection
- Our team will help you digitize your existing paper forms with our richly configurable templates
- Include unit floorplans and property maps to record where an issue was found with pinpoint accuracy
- Work quickly with multiple choice questions, punchlists, text entry, and more
- Add notes and photos to everything you find
