Download the app and try to start the app. I selected the Location as India, it shows automatically states of India, when I selected Karnataka it is not listing list of city in Karnataka automatically. I couldn’t proceed further. Please fix the bug and let me know.

First they collect the sample and after following up for 3 weeks they tell that we need to take sample again So irresponsible I will never recommended anyone to use this platform ever.

Our experience with Neuberg’s customer service was extremely disappointing. We were passed from one executive to another with no clarity or coordination. The most frustrating part was dealing with an executive named Hemil, who assured us he would call back in 10 minutes — we waited, but there was no call. When we followed up again, he said “just give me 5 minutes” — and once again, we were ignored.

Not only was the follow-up lacking, but every representative we spoke to had a different version of the pricing, which left us completely confused. No one seemed to have accurate or updated information, and they kept putting us on hold instead of offering any real help.

This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company in the healthcare sector where clarity, support, and trust matter most. Neuberg really needs to work on training their staff and improving internal communication. A very frustrating experience overall.

I encountered one of the worst services from Neuberg, I did not receive my reports the same day, had to follow up atleast 30-40 times the next day to get it post noon. Very disappointing!!This is after the payment was done when the samples was taken..
