Many dropdown are very difficult to use as dropdown doesn’t work. When I go inside wellness package and try to book a package, it’s so confusing as there as duplicate packages with different prices. Ex: there are 9 “Medical Test” packages available from INR 195 till INR 1990. We were passed from one executive to another with no clarity or coordination. The most frustrating part was dealing with an executive named Hemil, who assured us he would call back in 10 minutes — we waited, but there was no call. When we followed up again, he said “just give me 5 minutes” — and once again, we were ignored. Not only was the follow-up lacking, but every representative we spoke to had a different version of the pricing, which left us completely confused. No one seemed to have accurate or updated information, and they kept putting us on hold instead of offering any real help. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company in the healthcare sector where clarity, support, and trust matter most. Neuberg really needs to work on training their staff and improving internal communication. A very frustrating experience overall. ### 1/5 — Worst services *2025-06-08* I encountered one of the worst services from Neuberg, I did not receive my reports the same day, had to follow up atleast 30-40 times the next day to get it post noon.
